The Women's Weekend Film Challenge is for professional filmmakers who are looking to expand their network while creating a polished short film in one weekend. It is free to apply and participate. Everyone works together to make the best film possible in a collaborative and intense environment.

Applications for the next challenge, which will be based in LA, are open from Jan. 13 to Jan. 26. You can apply here.

If you are accepted, you will be placed on a crew of strangers so that you instantly expand your professional network with over 25 to 30 other motivated filmmakers. While the films are made during one weekend, there are additional workshops, orientations and events before and after the weekend.
